The value-added collaboration network has the characteristics of decentralized storage, multi-centered operation, and hierarchical and classified supervision, which helps break the data islands and promote the data elements to circulate and appreciate in higher quality on the premise of ensuring privacy and security.
This collaboration network is jointly built by more than a dozen scientific research institutions, etc. It will build a blockchain and privacy computing computing power platform, a distributed data circulation platform, a jointly built and shared data resource network, and form an open data ecological alliance.
It is introduced that Beijing has gathered a large amount of data in the fields of social management, public services, scientific research and innovation, and business services, and has formed a leading domestic data element market. In 2023, the added value of Beijing's digital economy reached 1,876.67 billion yuan, an increase of 8.5% compared to the previous year, accounting for 42.9% of the regional GDP; It is expected that by 2030, the scale of Beijing's data element market will reach 200 billion yuan.
