Dida Chuxing Lists on Hong Kong Exchange

TapTechNews June 28th news, Dida Chuxing officially listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today, with the share code of 02559.HK. CICC, Haitong Securities, and Nomura Securities are the joint sponsors. Thus, the first share of China's shared mobility was officially born.

According to the announcement, 39.091 million shares were offered globally in this Dida Chuxing offering, of which 19.5455 million were international offerings and 19.5455 million were public offerings.

The final offering price of Dida Chuxing is HK$6 per share, and the net proceeds from the global offering are approximately HK$182 million (currently about 170 million Chinese yuan), which is basically consistent with the information of the sources reported by TapTechNews previously.

This share broke on listing, opening down nearly 13%. As of TapTechNews posting, the Hong Kong share of Dida Chuxing has fallen 9.67% to HK$5.42, and the total market capitalization is HK$5.387 billion (about 690 million US dollars).
