The media visited the MSI factory located in Shenzhen, China, and discovered the brand-new 1600W MEGA i1600 TPCIE5 and 1250W MPGA1250 (future versions of 1000W and 850W may be launched) PSU power supplies.

These two PSU power supplies are equipped with 2 12V-2x6 power connectors (an upgraded version of 12VHPWR, and a single cable can provide a maximum power of 600 watts).

MSI said that the reason for increasing the power connector is to meet the needs of the next-generation graphics card, so the media speculates that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card may be equipped with 2 16-Pin power connectors.
