After receiving the alarm, the police officers of the accident section of the traffic police brigade conducted an accident investigation on the scene at 7:29 pm. At 7:41 pm, the 铁骑 arrived at the scene to stabilize and control the vehicle and conduct evidence collection and other work at the first time.
