Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 Update Issue Acknowledged

TapTechNews May 17 news, Microsoft recently updated the Windows Health Control Panel and acknowledged that the May update (KB5037765) of Windows 10 system has the same issue as Windows Server 2019, which may encounter error 0x800f0982 during installation.

TapTechNews previously reported that during the May Patch Tuesday event this year, Microsoft released KB5037765 to Windows Server 2019, mainly fixing the NTLM issue. However, many users reported encountering error 0x800f0982 during installation.

Initially, only Windows Server 2019 users reported this issue, but later Windows 10 users also started to report the same problem. Microsoft later stated that this issue is mainly due to the lack of the en_us language pack on the device.
