New-generation Wuling Hongguang Extended-range Version Model Completes Declaration
TapTechNews August 9th news, in the latest Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products (Batch 386) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the new-generation Wuling Hongguang extended-range version model has completed the declaration.
Data shows that its length is 4515 millimeters, width is 1725 millimeters, height is 1790 millimeters, and wheelbase is 2850 millimeters. The appearance is more rounded compared to the current Wuling Hongguang, and the front face is equipped with a borderless dot-matrix grille, which is more in line with the identity of new energy vehicles.
The power aspect, this car will use the 1.5L extended-range engine of Liuzhou Saike Technology Development Co., Ltd., with a power of 73 kilowatts, and is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery produced by Guangxi Ningfu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. / Saike Ruipu Power Battery System Co., Ltd.
Wuling Hongguang is an economical MPV car launched by SAIC-GM-Wuling in 2010. It is called a generation of divine car by netizens due to its good cost performance and reliability. At its peak, the monthly sales once reached 80,000 units.
According to TapTechNews' previous report, in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's announcement in June this year, the new Wuling Hongguang declared pure electric and fuel models.
The pure electric model is equipped with a motor from Liuzhou Saike Technology Development Co., Ltd., with a power of 75 kilowatts, and is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery produced by Guoxuan High-Tech or Saike Ruipu.
The fuel model is equipped with a 1.5L engine from SAIC-GM-Wuling, with a power of 75 kilowatts.
