Google Announces AI-Related Functions for YouTube to Transform Video Production

TapTechNews September 18th news, according to TheVerge report, at the MadeonYouTube special event held on Wednesday (today) local time, Google announced a series of AI-related functions for YouTube, which is expected to change the way of video production and even the video itself.

It is known that Google has brought a new Inspiration tab to the YouTube Creator Center, which is driven by AI, and the main function is to tell what the creator should make - recommend the concept of the video, provide the title and thumbnail, and even can write the outline of the video. YouTube positions it as a useful brainstorming tool, but users can also use this tool to build the entire video project.

YouTube has also launched a tool called Veo, which integrates Google's DeepMind video model and can generate various video backgrounds through AI, and can also make complete video clips (TapTechNews note: up to 6 seconds).

The above two functions are being slowly launched and will meet with creators by the end of this year or the beginning of next year. YouTube will also launch other AI functions, such as the automatic dubbing function that can convert the video into multiple languages to serve more creators and languages; and also an AI tool that allows creators to interact with fans through the new community section of the App.
