On the afternoon of September 23, 2024, Mercedes-AMG brand ambassador and DTM racer Maro Engel drove the AMG ONE. Under official timing and notarization, on the 20.832-kilometer track of Nürburgring, with a lap time of 6 minutes 29.090 seconds, it was once again crowned the fastest road production car in Nürburgring, and improved its own record by more than 5 seconds.

As a result, the Mercedes-AMG ONE has become the first Nürburgring road production car to break through 6 minutes 30 seconds, and it is also the only supercar that has broken the lap speed record on the Nürburgring track so far.

As the first F1 racing car legally on the road, the AMG ONE is equipped with a hybrid system directly from the F1 racing car, equipped with a 1.6-liter V6 turbocharged engine and four electric motors, with a total power of 782 kilowatts (1063 horsepower), with a price as high as 2.75 million euros (TapTechNews note: currently about 21.397 million yuan).

The Mercedes-AMG ONE can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 2.9 seconds. It reaches 200 kilometers per hour in 7.0 seconds and 300 kilometers per hour in 15.6 seconds. The maximum speed can reach 352 kilometers per hour. In pure electric mode, it can travel 18.1 kilometers on a single charge.
