In order to protect the rights and interests of individuals and organizations to exercise complaint and reporting rights in accordance with the law, and to help the railway supervision and management departments to collect opinions and handle complaints in a timely and effective manner, in response to the application request of the National Railway Administration, The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has planned to allocate the dedicated 12327 telephone number for handling railway dispute complaints, suggestions, opinions, and reporting illegal and non-compliant situations for official purposes, supporting the supervision of railway services.
