Kuling ID-COOLING Releases New Air-Cooled Heatsink FROZNA620PROSE for Overseas Market

TapTechNews July 11th news, according to foreign media Tom'sHardware report, Kuling ID-COOLING has launched a new air-cooled heatsink FROZNA620PROSE for the overseas market.

From the specifications point of view, FROZNA620PROSE can be regarded as a derivative modification of the previously released FROZNA620BLACK, also adopting a dual-tower, dual-120mm fan, six heat pipe structure with a copper base.

Different is that the overall height of FROZNA620PROSE has increased from 154mm to 157mm, and the overall parameters of the fan are more oriented towards quietness, and the nominal heat dissipation capacity has also decreased from 270W to 260W.

FROZNA620PROSE adopts a fin-through and copper base welded structure as a whole, and the six 6mm heat pipes inside combine two technologies of groove + powder sintering, and the copper base surface adopts a CD pattern.

It is equipped with two 12025 standard specification fans with HDB bearings, and the specific parameters are as follows:

Rotation speed range 300~2000RPM, maximum air volume 58CFM, maximum static pressure 1.94mmH2O, maximum noise 27.2db(A).

Kuling FROZNA620PROSE is compatible with Intel LGA1851/1700/1200/115X and AMD AM5/AM4 platforms, and comes with FROSTX25 thermal paste with a nominal thermal conductivity of 10.5W/m·K.

The air-cooled radiator is currently priced at $29.99 on overseas e-commerce platforms (TapTechNews note: currently about 219 yuan), significantly lower than the $49.99 of FROZNA620BLACK, which was once listed in China with a pricing of 259 yuan.
