Netflix acknowledged in a statement to TheWrap that the reason for this leak incident is that a post-production partner has been attacked, and the Netflix team is actively taking actions to delete it and will 'vigorously' pursue the responsibility of the relevant attackers.

In addition to the above shows, this leak incident has also affected 'Spellbound', 'Theatrical Version of Mononoke Hime', as well as the 'SpongeBob SquarePants' spin-off 'The Plankton Movie', and also the entire series of 'Terminator: Zero', 4 episodes of 'Ranma ½ (MAPPA Remake)', 6 episodes of 'Dongda Dong', 'The Fairly OddParents' and 'Jen Chui Chow and the Underworld Society', etc.

TapTechNews noted that HBO said it has also encountered a similar cyberattack incident, and as a result, it affected the release of the season finale of its hit series 'House of the Dragon' season 2, and HBO attributed the leak to a third-party international distributor.
