Windows 11 May Update KB5037853 with Bugs Taskbar Issues and Installation Failures on Arm Devices

In the Event Viewer, this problem is recorded as EventID 1000, and the name of the faulty application is Explorer.EXE, and the name of the faulty module is Taskbar.View.dll.
