Viltrox Announces New Upgrade in Lens Product After-Sales Service

TapTechNews July 12th news, Viltrox today announced a new upgrade in the after-sales service of its lens products, extending the warranty period of the lens products, upgrading the 1-year warranty to a 2-year warranty.

Customers within the warranty scope can enjoy a 2-year free warranty service starting from the purchase date (subject to the record in the regular purchase voucher). If the user cannot provide valid evidence such as a purchase invoice or official store purchase record, the starting date of the free warranty will be postponed by 90 days from the factory date of the lens.

In addition, no matter where the user purchases the Viltrox lens from any platform or channel, they can enjoy the self-service lens return and repair service.
