Microsoft said that enterprises and organizations can prevent users from leaking sensitive information through this function, and conduct investigations after information leakage to further lock the source of the leak.

Microsoft said that users can place sensitivity labels on Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents, and TapTechNews attaches the following official description content:

After the user opens a file enabled with dynamic watermark and protected by a sensitivity label, a tiled watermark will be displayed above the file content, and the user's current email account for viewing the file will be shown.

Users can read, edit, and collaborate with documents with dynamic watermarks, and cannot delete dynamic watermarks without obtaining special permissions.
