Asus Launches ROG USB-BE92 Wireless Network Card at gamescom 2024

TapTechNews August 21, Asus launched the ROG USB-BE92 wireless network card at the gamescom 2024 Cologne Game Show yesterday local time. This wireless network card adopts the USB form factor and has a wireless specification of BE6500M.

The Asus ROG USB-BE92 wireless network card supports all three bands of the Wi-Fi 7 protocol, among which it can reach up to 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, 2882 Mbps on 5 GHz, and also 2882 Mbps on 6 GHz, totaling BE6500.

The ROG USB-BE92 has built-in dual antennas and adopts the USB 3.2 Gen1 protocol and is adaptable to both Type-A and Type-C interfaces, compatible with Windows 10/11 systems, and supports advanced Wi-Fi 7 features such as WPA3 encryption, 4096-QAM, and MLO (TapTechNews note: Multi-Link Operation).

Asus also launched two new Wi-Fi 7 wireless router products, ROG Rapture GT-BE19000 and RT-BE86U, among which the latter will be officially released in China at 20:06 today.
