HMD Global to Launch Lumia-inspired Smartphones and Tablet

TapTechNews June 28th news, HMD Global is about to launch two Skyline/G2 series phones that replicate the appearance of Lumia. According to the previously exposed renderings, the fronts of both phones adopt the Fabula style design of the Nokia Lumia era.

Today, the source HMDMeme exposed the back rendering of the SkyineG2 smartphone, showing that the back of this phone will have an 'Oreo' lens module design similar to that of Lumia 1020, but the specific sensor information is currently unknown.

In terms of specifications, both phones are equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen2 processor, and carry FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen, with a 4900 milliamp-hour battery (supporting 33W wired charging), and are also equipped with dual speakers, supporting OZO audio technology and PureView technology.

In addition to replicating Lumia phones, referring to TapTechNews' previous report, HMD Global will also launch a tablet 'HMDSLATETAB' with the front similar to Lumia 2520 to replace the previous Nokia T10/T21 tablet. This tablet uses a polycarbonate back cover and also carries the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen2 processor, with a 10.6-inch 2K LCD screen, has dual speakers and 3 microphones, and supports the stylus.
