According to the screenshot, on July 12, the operation and management committee of Chery Holding Group Company held the July meeting. The meeting mentioned that it is necessary to adhere to improving personnel efficiency, and the personnel department should implement the requirements regarding the overtime issue into the specific actions of improving personnel work, especially focusing on the strategy of '345' for personnel to study the improvement of personnel efficiency, work quality and work ability.

The document circulated online stated that improving personnel efficiency cannot be simply understood as simple addition and subtraction. While truly achieving that '3 people do the work of 5 people and get the salary of 4 people', it is also necessary to strengthen employee care services and be responsible for their health and happiness. The document requires the Chery personnel department to deeply review and improve the efficiency of overtime, and resolutely put an end to ineffective overtime and overtime without quality.
