The Core Ultra 200V series of processors includes three tiers of Ultra5/7/9, and the flagship model is Ultra9 288V.

This processor is the only SKU with the PL1 power consumption set to the same 30 watts as PL2, and the PL1 power consumption of the remaining models is all 17 watts. In addition, Ultra9 288V also has the highest AI computing power, and the XMX unit and NPU of the core display can provide 67 + 48 = 95 (TOPS).

This batch of LunarLake processors all adopt the MoP memory integration design. Each level of Ultra7/5 is divided into 16GB memory models with the number part ending in 6 and 32GB memory models ending in 8.

The Core Ultra9/7 200V processors are equipped with the complete 12MB LLC cache, a new naming rule-based Arc140V core display and a larger NPU unit, with the E-core turbo frequency of 3.7 GHz;

While the Core Ultra5 200V processor is equipped with a castrated 8MB LLC cache, Arc130V core display and a smaller NPU unit, and the E-core turbo frequency is 3.5 GHz.
