TapTechNews June 23rd news, the new configuration of the Maple REVB evaluation board equipped with AMD Ryzen Strix Halo mobile APU has appeared at the customs, supporting 128GB of memory.

TapTechNews reported earlier that the TDP of this evaluation platform is set at 120 watts, and the previously appeared maximum memory capacity is 64GB.

According to the leaked information, the AMD mobile processor with the code name Strix Halo adopts the FP11 package and can be equipped with a maximum of 16-core Zen5 + 40 CU RDNA3 + integrated graphics.

Strix Halo will be equipped with 16MB L2 cache, 64MB L3 cache and 32MB MALL Cache (similar to Infinity Cache).

In addition, different from the traditional 128-bit width, Strix Halo will support 256-bit LPDDR5x-8000 memory, and the NPU computing power reaches 60 TOPS. (1 GB = 0.001024 TB, 1 bit = 0.125 in).
