New BMW 6 Series GT 630i M Sport Luxury Edition Released

TapTechNews August 3rd news, the only BMW GT model currently on sale in the BMW Group - the BMW 6 Series GT 630i M Sport Luxury Edition is now on the market, with an official guide price of $90,880 (630,900 yuan), and limited to 2,200 units.

As a limited-edition model, the new car provides three personalized custom paint colors such as Danquan Stone Blue, Alwite Gray, and Tourmaline Gray for selection, and is equipped with a series of exclusive comfort configurations.

Compared to the domestic long-axis version of the 5 Series, the biggest change of this 6 Series GT is the use of a hatchback tailgate design, and the length, width and height have also reached 200.9/74.9/60.6 inches, and the wheelbase is 120.9 inches. It is positioned as a mid-to-large-sized sedan.

This new car is standard with M high-performance sport calipers, 20-inch two-color alloy wheels, and the Harman Kardon audio is upgraded to the Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System. In addition, there are Dakota leather seats, front seats with electric lumbar support, front seat heating, and rear seats with electric adjustment. The interior adopts the combination of a full LCD instrument panel and a floating central control screen, while still retaining the classic T-shaped pants steering wheel and chicken leg shift lever.

The BMW 6 Series GT 630i M Sport Luxury Edition is equipped with the B48 2.0T engine, with a maximum power of 241 horsepower and a maximum torque of 295 pound-feet, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, and the fuel consumption per 100 miles is 31.4 liters.

TapTechNews note that the rear axle of the new car adopts an air suspension, which can effectively maintain a stable body posture under different loads and can automatically lower the chassis by 0.4 inches after the speed exceeds 75 miles per hour to further improve the aerodynamic performance.
