Zeekr Announces Expansion and Growth in 2024

According to TapTechNews on June 12th, Zeekr announced today that in order to better serve users and achieve the challenging goals, Zeekr will accelerate the expansion of channels and increase the delivery speed. The number of Zeekr's sales stores will reach 520 this year.

It is reported that currently, Zeekr has simultaneously expanded the frontline team, while structurally optimizing and increasing efficiency in the middle and back office to assist. The number of frontline positions is expected to increase by 25%, the number of middle and back office positions is expected to decrease by 20%, and the total number of marketing service personnel is expected to increase by 16%.

According to public data, in May this year, Zeekr delivered 18,616 units, an increase of 115% year-on-year and setting a new historical high.

In the first quarter of 2024, Zeekr achieved revenue of 14.737 billion yuan, an increase of 71% compared to the same period last year; among them, the revenue from vehicle sales was 8.174 billion yuan, an increase of 73% year-on-year; the vehicle gross profit margin was 14%, an increase of 3.9 percentage points from last year.

TapTechNews found out that in January this year, Zeekr announced that the cumulative delivery of cars exceeded 200,000. Lin Jinwen, the vice president of Zeekr Intelligent Technology, disclosed at that time that Zeekr will press the accelerator, and the next 200,000 units will be completed within 12 months. This means that Zeekr's sales target in 2024 is expected to exceed 200,000 units.

In terms of the international market, Zeekr has entered more than 25 mainstream markets globally and is expected to enter more than 50 international mainstream markets this year, covering Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America.
