Huawei's HDC 2024 and HarmonyOS NEXT Updates

Today, Yu Chengdong, the Managing Director of Huawei, Chairman of the Terminal BG, and Chairman of the Intelligent Vehicle Solution BUposted the first native Hongmeng Weibo, and showed a group photo with Wang Gaofei ( @láiqùzhījiān ), the CEO of Weibo. The two experienced the Weibo application developed based on HarmonyOSNEXT together in the HDC exhibition area.

Yu Chengdong said: "Thanks to the excellent development team of Weibo, which quickly completed the development of the core functions in only 8 weeks. The current version already has some brand-new experiences brought by the native Hongmeng, and everyone can look forward to thecommercial version released later this year."

Yesterday, in his keynote speech, Yu Chengdong announced that the native Hongmeng applications have entered the comprehensive sprint stage, all the TOP5000 applications have been launched, meeting 99.9% of the user usage time, more than 1500 have been completed and put on shelves, covering all 18 fields.
