TapTechNews attached the parameters of VersaBot as follows:

Model: VB-1

Height: 160 centimeters (about 5.25 feet)

Arm span: 200 centimeters (about 6.56 feet)

Navigation method: Pure vision navigation

Security protection: 360° visual obstacle avoidance

Docking method: 3D visual docking

Working ability: Mobile handling, mobile grasping, loading and unloading, sorting

VersaBot adopts 3D pure vision navigation, equipped with an RGBD camera, which can collect three-dimensional environmental natural features and form a depth image into a point cloud map without any manual marking to achieve unmarked positioning and navigation; it has a 270° x 70° field of view, a resolution of 1608 x 280, a frame rate of 10 fps and a perception ability of 30 meters, and can obtain RGB and 3D point cloud information in real time.

VersaBot is equipped with 4 obstacle avoidance cameras around, supports the identification of black highly reflective objects, has a built-in obstacle avoidance algorithm, supports IO output of RGB-D and depth multimodal information, has a working distance of 0.2 to 4 meters, and can detect suspended obstacles and low obstacles in real time.

VersaBot is equipped with a high-precision binocular RGB-D and depth multimodal camera, with a ranging range of 300 to 600 millimeters, a field of view range of 110° × 90°, and an identification accuracy of ±0.1 millimeter at 350 millimeters, with its own computing power of 6 TOPS, which can realize high-precision positioning and accurate grasping of the target object.
