Rumor Sony PS5 Pro Likely to Debut at Sony PlayStation Showcase

Referring to TapTechNews' previous report, the Sony PS5 Pro console, codenamed 'Trinity', focuses on improving ray tracing technology, with a GPU running frequency of up to 2.35GHz and equipped with 16GB GDDR6 RAM. The digital edition (no optical drive) is expected to be priced as low as $500 (approximately 3620 RMB), detailed specifications are as follows:

CPU: Eight-core Zen2 processor, supporting a high frequency mode of 3.85GHz, but under this mode, GPU performance will decrease by about 1%;

GPU: Rendering speed increased by 45%, ray tracing performance increased by 3x;

RAM: 16GB, memory bandwidth increased by 28% to 576GB/s, usable game memory increased by 1.2GB;

Super resolution and AI acceleration: Supports PSSR super resolution technology, with 300T of 8-bit AI computing power.
