Xianyu Unveils Two AI Products to Enhance Idle Transaction Efficiency

Ding Jian, the president of Xianyu, demonstrated two new products that use AI technology to improve the efficiency of idle transactions - 'Intelligent Release', 'Intelligent Trusteeship' in the keynote speech session.

According to the introduction, the two AI products mainly serve the pre-sale stage of idle transactions. Among them, 'Intelligent Release' uses technologies such as image recognition and natural language generation. Users only need to upload a picture, and it can automatically generate intelligent description text in line with the Xianyu style, quickly completing the release.

And 'Intelligent Trusteeship' provides 24-hour all-round intelligent trusteeship service of the baby for individual sellers who have no time to manage the goods, including intelligent reply to buyer information, intelligent dynamic price adjustment, and reminder to deliver in time.

It is learned that this is also the first time in the industry that an AI technology has been applied in the trading and circulation of idle items. TapTechNews learned from the forum that currently both products have been in a small-scale gray test in the Xianyu App, and will be officially launched within the year.

In addition to using AI technology to improve transaction efficiency, Xianyu has also relied on big data to create a credit assessment system 'Fish Power Value' and launched a socialized collaborative dispute settlement mechanism 'Small Court'.

Xianyu currently claims to have 500 million users. In the September school season, Xianyu launched the industry's first channel specifically serving the idle transaction and communication of the student group, the 'Student Fish' channel.
