Streaming service providers usually have different pricing strategies in different countries and regions. In the US, the monthly fee for YouTube Premium is $13.99 (currently about 102 RMB), while in Argentina it is only 869 Argentine pesos (currently about $0.95), so many people choose to activate YouTube Premium in low-price region countries such as Argentina.

YouTube spokesman Paul Pennington responded: When the registered country doesn't match the country where the user accesses YouTube, we will ask users to update the billing information of their current residing country.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, YouTube has increased efforts to crack down on ad blockers, and videos of users with ad blockers installed will automatically jump to the end credits; YouTube will also load ads directly from the server side in the future and bypass ad blockers.
