Jimei Space Private Cloud Launches Monitoring Center with Onvif Protocol Support
TapTechNews July 26th news, Jimei Space Private Cloud announces the launch of the 【Monitoring Center】function. Through cameras supporting the Onvif protocol, the 【Monitoring Center】of Jimei Space provides functions of real-time viewing and recorded video playback, and all video data is stored locally.
It is introduced that the ARM platform Jimei Space devices (except for the old Z2) provide support for 4 cameras, and the Z4 and Z4S provide support for 6 cameras, and the Z4Pro and Z423 provide support for 8 cameras.
In terms of compatibility, the official said that almost all cameras that conform to the Onvif standard are supported, including Hikvision, TP-LINK, MERCURY, Dahua, Uniview, etc.

Keep the camera in normal working condition and turn on the Onvif function, then add the camera on the computer/Web side, and click the add camera button.
When entering the addition window, it will automatically search for cameras in the local area network. If it cannot be found, you can also manually add the corresponding camera. Check the cameras that need to be added.
After adding the camera, you can rename it, and then you need to enter the username and password of the Onvif account of the camera, and click Test for verification; if multiple cameras are added, you can check Use the same configuration for the next camera, and the system will automatically use the username and password of the previous camera.
This step selects the video storage location, and a folder of the Monitoring Center will be generated in the corresponding storage pool to store the video. Please note that all hard drives cannot hibernate after enabling video recording.
Click Finish and you can view the corresponding camera in the Monitoring Center. The added camera can also be seen on the mobile phone side. If the sub-account can also be viewed, the corresponding rights can be adjusted in the monitoring rights.
