Li Auto Unveils Camouflaged Photos of New Pure Electric Car

TapTechNews July 15th news, Ben Baum, the senior design director of Li Auto, today posted a story on his official Instagram, showing the camouflaged photos of the pure electric new car under Li Auto.

Judging from the picture, the appearance of this new car is similar to Li Auto's first pure electric model - the MPV Li Auto MEGA, but the overall posture of the body is flatter and adopts a fastback design, and some elements of crossover or station wagon can be seen. As for whether this design style is good-looking or not, it's a matter of different opinions.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, at the beginning of this year, some media said that Li Auto will launch a pure electric SUV M6 (internal code W04), which is expected to be mass-produced and delivered in March 2025. People in the know said that the positioning of Li Auto M6 is a pure electric 5-seat luxury SUV, competing against models such as Tesla Model Y, AITO M5, and XPeng G6. Judging from the size of this camouflaged car, the car is expected to be named Li Auto M8 or M9.

Li Xiang, the CEO of Li Auto, once wrote in March last year that Li Auto's product planning for future pure electric models is one whale (aircraft carrier) and five sharks (ships), forming the combat fleet group of Li Auto's high-voltage pure electric.
