Mystery Nokia Processor Spotted Online, Likely a Custom Variant of Intel's Atom P5900 Series

TapTechNews reports on May 11 that a processor bearing the Nokia logo has been recently showcased on the X platform by insider YuuKi_AnS. The processor was manufactured by Intel in week 43 of 2020:

The first line of the processor's imprint features the code REEFSHARK6601, followed by NOKIAP515030, with the third line SRGZY resembling Intel's sSPEC specification number format. The fourth line, V043F047, seems to be related to the manufacturing date.

According to TapTechNews research, Nokia announced a partnership with Intel in March 2020 to collaborate on 5G chip technology, developing custom ReefShark chip solutions based on Intel's Atom P5900 series SoC processors for 5G RAN (Radio Access Network) products.

The chip exposed by YuuKi_AnS is likely a Nokia-customized variant of the Atom P5900 series processor.

Intel's Atom P5900 series is a SoC processor designed for 5G wireless base stations and other edge network applications, crafted using a 10nm process technology, and equipped with up to 24 Tremont architecture cores, supporting up to 440Gbps of network switching connectivity.
