Leapmotor's Cumulative Delivery Exceeds 400,000 Units with the Start of C16 Delivery

TapTechNews July 16th news, Leapmotor announced that the cumulative delivery of new cars has exceeded 400,000 units. Leapmotor also said that with the start of delivery of the C16 model, the overall delivery volume in the second half of this year is expected to maintain a momentum of setting new highs.

According to TapTechNews' previous report, the Leapmotor C16 model was released on June 28th, claiming to redefine the 6-seat SUV, providing both extended-range and pure electric dual power versions, with three options of Smart Enjoy Version, Premium Version, and Smart Driving Version, and the official guided price starts from 155,800 yuan ($22,178).

This new car provides six colors including Starlight Silver, Starblaze Purple, Skylight Gray, Pearl White, Metallic Black, and Colored Glass Green. The body size is 4915 * 1905 * 1770 mm (193.5 * 75 * 69.7 inches), and the wheelbase is 2825 mm (111.2 inches). It is equipped with the NVIDIA Orin-X chip + lidar.

In terms of power, the car provides both extended-range and pure electric dual power versions. Among them, the pure electric version is standard with the full-domain 800V silicon carbide high-voltage platform, and the fastest 30%-80% charging takes only 15 minutes. The pure electric version of the car provides a 215kW drive motor and is matched with a 67.7kWh battery, and the CLTC pure electric cruising range is 520 km (323 miles). The extended-range version is equipped with a 28.4kWh battery, and the CLTC pure electric cruising range is 200 km (124 miles), and the CLTC comprehensive working range is 1095 km (680 miles).
