It is worth noting that AGI will take the lead in the industry to launch a 16-terabyte (TB) capacity HMB (Host Memory Buffer, note by TapTechNews) solid-state drive solution this time.

The HMB technology can enable solid-state drives without external cache to borrow part of the memory on the host side to improve performance, and has become the mainstream in the field without cache. However, compared with the scheme of on-board cache particles, the solid-state drives without external cache using HBM technology are still at a disadvantage in terms of performance, and the general maximum capacity of the commercially available models of this type of solid-state drive is 4 TB, and 8 TB products are already rare.

This time, AGI Yaqilei will also exhibit its 2 TB microSD memory card which was the first to be launched globally, the TURBOJET RGB series DDR5 memory, the EDM38 mobile solid-state drive that supports MagSafe magnetic adsorption, and the 8 TB SATA solid-state drive.
