Biostar Releases Flagship X870EVALKYRIE Motherboard

TapTechNews June 3rd, BiiOSTAR has released its flagship X870EVALKYRIE motherboard, which supports AMD Ryzen 9000/8000/7000 series desktop processors and is equipped with four memory slots and four M.2 solid state drive slots.

The Biostar X870EVALKYRIE motherboard is equipped with the latest AMD X870E chipset and supports the newly released Zen5 architecture Ryzen 9000 series desktop processors. It adopts an 18+2+2-phase, 110 amps power supply design and can support up to 192GB DDR5 memory, and supports AMD EXPO and Intel XMP memory overclocking.

Biostar provides for this motherboard two PCIe 5.0 x16 and one PCIe 4.0 x16 slots, six SATA 3.0 interfaces, one PCIe 5.0 x4 M.2 solid state drive slot, and three PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 solid state drive slots. It supports M.2 Anchor quick installation technology.

The motherboard provides HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 display output interfaces, and also offers as many as eight rear USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A and two USB4 interfaces, supporting PD power supply and DP video output.

TapTechNews noticed that the X870EVALKYRIE motherboard also comes with Reltek ALC1220 7.1-channel sound card and RTL8125B 2.5GbE network card, and supports Wi-Fi 6, 6E and 7 network cards and VIVID LED DJ+ RGB SYNC light effects.
