Hongmeng Zhixing's Xiangjie S9 Starts Pre-sale

TapTechNews on June 1st, the first administrative-class flagship sedan of Hongmeng Zhixing - Xiangjie S9 officially kicked off its pre-sale last night. The car is positioned as a 'panoramic intelligent flagship sedan', and Yu Chengdong said it will reshape administrative-class luxury. The pre-sale price of the new car is $64,500-$89,200, and reservations are open now, with the official launch event expected to be held in Beijing in early August.

At today's 2024 Future Automobile Pioneer Conference, Yu Chengdong, the Standing Director of Huawei, the Chairman of the Terminal BG, and the Chairman of the Intelligent Automobile Solution BU, had a conversation with Zhou Hongyi, the founder of 360 Group, in the official live broadcast room of Hongmeng Zhixing.

Zhou Hongyi said that after experiencing the Xiangjie S9, he decided to order one after its future release. Yu Chengdong said that the pre-sale price of the Xiangjie S9 is $64,500-$89,200, which is only one-tenth of the price of a Maybach, but is more luxurious than a Maybach.

The Xiangjie S9 is 5160mm long, 1987mm wide, 1486mm high, with a wheelbase of 3050mm(about 119.3 inches), and the interior space is benchmarked against D-class luxury sedans such as the long-wheelbase version of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the long-wheelbase version of the BMW 7 Series. In addition, the car will also have the lowest wind resistance (coefficient) of global mass-produced administrative luxury sedans.

The new car will also be equipped with the new 'Tuling' platform and debut with Huawei's ADS 3.0 intelligent driving system. (TapTechNews note: Existing Hongmeng Zhixing models will be gradually upgraded to ADS 3.0 by the end of the year.)
