WPS Service Outage and Compensation Users Can Claim Free Membership

TapTechNews August 21st, a large number of TapTechNews users reported this morning that Kingsoft Docs couldn't be used, resulting in the inability to open WPS shared documents. The WPS official just responded to this outage incident: After emergency repair by engineers, the WPS service has been restored.

As compensation, WPS users can claim a 15-day free WPS membership tomorrow (from 0:00 to 24:00 on August 22nd). Users can search for the keyword 'AI Office' in WPS to claim it at that time.

In fact, this is not the first time WPS has had problems. For example, on July 8th, there were also users complaining about WPS service issues, including but not limited to the inability to open the cloud document website, the inability to load online documents in the mini-program, and the inability to log in to the WPS account. And there were also service interruption problems on June 28th before.
