New Geely Boyue SUV Launched with Advanced Features

TapTechNews June 27, the new Geely Boyue SUV was launched today. The new car continues to be equipped with a 1.5TD engine and is mated to a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. The official guided price is $13,500 - $17,200. Ordering before July 31 can enjoy a $150 deposit to offset $9,000 of the car purchase price, starting from $12,500 temporarily.

The new Boyue SUV continues the family-style appearance of the previous-generation model and offers 3 car paints including Baikal Blue, Chaka Salt White, and Icelandic Rock Gray. The body size is 4510 * 1865 * 1650mm (the wheelbase is 106.3 inches). The new car adds a black sport kit for the exterior appearance, including piano black lower bumper, roof, luggage rack, sports rear spoiler, piano black rims, red calipers, and stainless steel accelerator/brake pedals.

In the cockpit,the new Boyue is equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD gauge and a 13.2-inch 2K-level digital large screen. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, which supports 4G high-speed network + vehicle-mounted WIFI, Gaode's online intelligent navigation, dual-zone intelligent voice interaction, 540° high-definition panoramic imaging, luxury high-fidelity audio, digital electronic gear lever, and vehicle-wide FOTA full-domain upgrade, etc.

For the power aspect, the new Geely Boyue continues to be equipped with Geely's powerful 1.5TD four-cylinder engine, with a maximum power of 180 hp and a maximum torque of 215 lb-ft. It is mated to a new generation of 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. The fuel consumption per 100 miles under the WLTC condition is 6.44 liters for the Longteng version and 6.29 liters for the Zhilian +/Wisdom version/Zizun version.
