MSI Submits Graphics Card Registrations, Including RTX 4070VENTUS and Special Editions

TapTechNews August 26th news, on the 22nd of this month local time, MSI submitted a graphics card registration file to the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), including four RTX 4070 VENTUS Ventus 12GB models with the name including E1, as follows:

Judging from the general naming rule of MSI graphics cards, the two models with the name 2X are expected to adopt a dual-fan design, while the 3X model will be equipped with a three-fan cooling.

Foreign media VideoCardz believes that these E1 graphics cards correspond to the RTX 4070 GDDR6 released by NVIDIA on August 20. The main change of the GDDR6 memory RTX 4070 is replacing the 21Gbps GDDR6X with a slightly slower 20Gbps GDDR6 memory.

TapTechNews noticed that MSI also registered GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16G GAMING SLIM STALKER 2 EDITION. Judging from the name, this graphics card will be a co-branded product with the game Stalker 2: Heart of Chernobyl.

MSI's previously launched Black Myth: Wukong and World of Warcraft co-branded RTX 4070 SUPER graphics cards also belong to the GAMING SLIM series, and these two products are also on the registration list.
