The official teaser reveals some detailed outlines of the new car. The car is equipped with a huge tail fin, appearing extremely aggressive, and the rear spoiler can generate a downforce of 734 pounds (TapTechNews Note: approximately 333.24 kilograms), which will make the whole car fit more closely to the road surface.

The official has not yet disclosed the power information of the new car. But according to foreign media reports such as Carscoops and Motor1, the new car may be equipped with a 5.5L flat crankshaft twin-turbocharged V8 engine, with a maximum power of 850 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1119 N·m - exceeding the existing C8 model's 670 horsepower.

Reports say that the previously leaked General Motors report shows that Corvette will also launch an all-wheel-drive hybrid version, also equipped with a twin-turbocharged engine, able to output a maximum power of 1000 horsepower.

Chevrolet Corvette is an American national treasure-level supercar and belongs to the highest-end super muscle car brand of General Motors. This series was born in 1953 and has derived 8 generations of models, among which the latest is the 2020 C8 model.
