Huawei Launches 'Born to Draw' Drawing App for HarmonyOS Tablets

TapTechNews friends scrambled eggs, rain and snow carry the clues! TapTechNews reported on May 15th that Huawei launched the Born to Draw drawing application today. This application is mainly optimized for Huawei HarmonyOS tablet and other devices, claiming to create a real digital creative experience for tablets. The application started public beta today and will support more models in the future, providing free access to all Huawei tablet users. According to the introduction, this application was jointly developed by Huawei's technical team in eight technology fields and co-created with the team of the China Academy of Fine Arts (participating in the development and production of professional brushes, customized color cards, etc.), polished by thousands of creators, and developed for three years. The application integrates a series of master brushes from the China Academy of Fine Arts, including watercolors, oil paintings, and ink styles. The application also features a realistic canvas that can achieve painting effects more in line with real paper, supporting willow leaf pens, AI intelligent selection, one-click matting, and other functions. Huawei has previously released some teaser images of the application interface, claiming that the software comes with software tutorials that are very friendly to beginners and built-in a series of powerful mainstream painting functions. The application has a self-developed Fangtian drawing engine, bringing professional rendering, fast synthesis, efficient storage, and other features. It also has over 100 preset brushes and over 70 brush parameters. TapTechNews previously found through testing that the software can run normally on MatePadPro 13.2 and MatePadPro 11 tablets. The 'Born to Draw' app includes two finished paintings Symphony of the Universe and Prosperous Spring Scenes and a material pack Beginner's Practice, as shown on the app page: The software brush library provides common painting tools such as outlining, filling, and sketching, with different strokes for each tool. The software also provides a material pack Beginner's Practice for novice painters, which includes four drawing templates to help new users learn painting techniques. 2024 Huawei Summer Full-Scene New Product Launch Event Special
