Soon, only Premium subscribers will be able to live stream (create a live video stream) on X. This includes live streaming through the encoder integrated with X. Upgrade to Premium to continue live streaming.

XPremium is a selectively joined paid subscription that unlocks additional features to enhance the X experience. XPremium is divided into three levels:

Basic: $3 per month (TapTechNews note: currently about 22 RMB).

Premium: $8 per month (currently about 58 RMB).

Premium+: $16 per month (currently about 117 RMB).

Elon Musk is currently building a new charging scheme for the X platform, such as charging an annual fee of $1 for new accounts with posting rights in New Zealand and the Philippines. The X company describes this plan as a test, and Musk claims that this can curb bot account attacks.
