XPeng Motors' Charging Updates in the US

XPeng Motors has already laid out more than 1200 self-owned stations across the country, and the site online growth rate has doubled, and the coverage rate of 3km self-owned stations for car owners in first-tier cities has increased from 68% to 73%.

XPeng Motors disclosed that there will be more than 300 new self-owned charging stations to be launched in the near future, covering 68 cities such as Shenzhen, Xi'an, and Chongqing, and a large number of projects are in the pipeline.

In terms of high-speed travel, in 2024, XPeng Charging will continue to lay self-owned stations continuously in important high-speed route service areas and near the entrances and exits along high-speed lines to better meet the energy supplement needs of users for long-distance travel.

At the XPeng Super Charging Launch Event held on August 15, 2022, XPeng Motors' S4 super-fast charging was officially unveiled. According to the introduction, the single-pile maximum power of XPeng's S4 self-developed super-charging pile is 480 kW, the single-pile maximum current is 670 A, the peak charging power is 400 kW, claiming 5 minutes to charge 200 kilometers (CLTC), and entering the 15-minute era for 10% - 80% charging.

XPeng Motors disclosed that the latest generation of S5 liquid-cooled super-fast charging piles will also be officially available to everyone this year.
