Ali 1688 Refutes Rumor on Only-Refund Function

Recently, some netizens posted untrue information saying that the refund amount of 1688's only-refund function has no upper limit. This information is not true. 1688 will conduct a comprehensive analysis by combining the buyer's reason for refund, the scene, past purchasing behavior, as well as the merchant's order fulfillment situation and past trading behavior. The only-refund upper limit amount for different orders is different, not without an upper limit.

According to a previous TapTechNews report, an insider of Alibaba revealed that 1688 has initiated a comprehensive entry into Taobao, initially opening three stores, and later these stores will be integrated into a channel similar to Tmall Supermarket, and launch 1688 strictly selected source factory goods on Taobao. This means that 1688 will bring millions of source manufacturers to directly enter Taobao.

At present 1688 strictly selected Tmall Flagship Store has been launched, and relevant data show that among the millions of source manufacturers of 1688 as of March this year, there are more than 600,000 factories.
