Xiaomi Mobile Updates Customer Service Hotline and Product Changes

TapTechNews on May 30th, Xiaomi Mobile announced today: Starting from May 31st, 2024, the official customer service hotline of Xiaomi Mobile will be officially upgraded to 10046, and the original customer service hotline 4009223838 will be officially suspended on the same day. The number 10046 comes from April 6th, the birthday of Xiaomi.

According to TapTechNews, Xiaomi Mobile is a communication service brand under Xiaomi and was established in 2015. By the end of 2021, Xiaomi Mobile had served a cumulative of 5 million users, and its products include calling cards, Xiaomi business hall, global internet access app, etc.

In March this year, Xiaomi Mobile announced that in order to further simplify the tariff structure and provide better tariff services, the company will stop the sales of 246 products such as Renwoxing (package code X003) and Chidaobu 3GB/month (package code X101) starting from April 7th, 2024. After the suspension of sale of the above tariff products, customers will not be able to handle the relevant tariff products, but it will not affect the old customers who are currently using the above tariff products.
