AMD Releases New Driver with Various Enhancements

TapTechNews August 20th news, AMD has just released the latest Adrenalin 24.8.1 version WHQL driver, adding support for Black Myth: Wukong, Star Song Special Attack, Star Wars: Outlaws, and the public beta version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (the 24.10.37.01 beta version also supports Final Fantasy XVI).

In addition, the AMD Radeon Anti-Lag 2 technology also goes online with the Director's Cut version of Ghost of Tsushima, and players can enable this function to optimize the game frame rate and further reduce the latency of the AMD RDNA graphics card platform.

According to AMD's official introduction, when enabling FSR3 and activating the Anti-Lag 2 frame generation function on the RX7800XT graphics card, Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut can reduce the latency by 28% under 4K very high quality.

The new version of the driver also expands the support range of HYPR-Tune, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, Marvel's Spider-Man: Remastered, and Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales add FSR3 automatic configuration; HYPR-Tune announces support for HYPR-RX to enable in-game technologies such as AMD FidelityFX.
