MG Releases 2025 MG ZS Hybrid+ SUV Official Images

TapTechNews August 20th news, MG has released the official images of the 2025 MG ZS Hybrid+ (hybrid version) SUV model overseas today. The car is equipped with a petrol-electric hybrid system composed of a 1.5-liter engine and an electric motor and will be launched in the Spanish market in the near future. By comparison, the current domestic MG ZS petrol version model has a guided price range of 85,800 to 99,800 yuan ($12,217 to $14,203).

Referring to the official images, the car has synchronized the design language of the new MG3, the new MG HS, and the Cyberster. Mainly, the MG brand logo originally located in the grille has been moved up to the engine compartment cover, while the front grille and the front and rear bumpers have been replaced with more sporty shapes, and the light source structure of the LED headlight group has also been adjusted.

The official has not announced the cabin specifications of the car for the time being, but TapTechNews noticed that the foreign media CarExpert exposed the interior information of the car last month, which shows that the car is expected to adopt the same steering wheel as the new MG3 and at the same time expand the size of the central control screen.

In terms of specifications, referring to the previous MG ZS model, the car is expected to continue the setting of 4323mm in length, 1809mm in width, 1620mm in height, and 2585mm in wheelbase. The car will be equipped with a petrol-electric hybrid system composed of a 1.5-liter Atkinson cycle engine and a drive motor. For reference, the engine used in the new MG3 Hybrid+ has a maximum power of 75 kilowatts and a peak torque of 128 Newton-meters; the motor has a maximum power of 100 kilowatts and a peak torque of 250 Newton-meters.
