TapTechNews August 2nd news, the Taiwanese media BenchLife.info today exposed the physical map and parameter information of Kingston's new generation of entry-level M.2 NVMe solid-state drive NV3.

It is reported and confirmed that NV3 is the KentingBay (Kenting Bay) prototype product released by Kingston at the 2024 Taipei International Computer Show and will succeed the existing product NV2.

NV3 will adopt the M.2 2280 physical shape design, the PCIe 4.0×4 interface, and still adopt the DRAM-less scheme.

Kingston will initially provide three capacity options of 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB on NV3, and the 4TB version may be supplemented later.

Kingston will provide a3-year limited warranty for the NV3 solid-state drive. In terms of design durability, the 500GB version is 160 TBW, and the other capacity versions double in sequence (that is, the 1TB version is 320 TBW, the 2TB version is 640 TBW...).
