China Launches National Earthquake Early Warning WeChat Mini-Program for Public Test

The official said that during the public test period, the release strategy is to release for the national key areas with a warning magnitude M≥4.0. When the estimated intensity of the concerned place is less than 2 degrees, the early warning information only shows on the homepage of the mini-program and does not remind the user. When the estimated intensity of the user's concerned place is ≥2 degrees, receive real-time early warning information reminder through Service Notification. When the estimated intensity of the concerned place is ≥5 degrees, even if the phone is in the screen-off state, it will still forcefully issue an alarm sound.
