TapTechNews June 2nd, GAC Group recently announced that Hyper GT of昊铂will add a global version model and will be launched on June 6th. This car will support 800V high voltage super-fast charging, has a range of up to 710 kilometers (435 miles), and is equipped with global-navigation-free intelligent driving.
This car has previously conducted a large number of road tests in overseas countries such as Milan, Italy, and Bangkok, Thailand, as well as in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, and is claimed to have the ability of not choosing regions or roads. Judging from the name of the global version, while it is launched in China, it may also enter overseas markets.

Hyper GT is built based on GAC's new AEP3.0 platform Star Spirit Architecture, positioned as a pure electric midsize sedan, with the length, width and height of 4880*1885*1455mm (192.1*74.2*57.3 inches) respectively, and the wheelbase reaching 2920mm (114.9 inches). The car adopts a rear-wheel drive single-motor system, with the highest output power of 340 horsepower (250 kW) and the maximum torque of 434 Nm, and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds.
This car supports 800V platform high-voltage super-fast charging, and the official claims that 15 minutes of charging can increase the range by 450 kilometers (279.6 miles).
In February this year, GAC introduced a new model of the GT710 rear-wheel drive high-level intelligent driving 3L version with a price of 259,900 yuan. It is equipped with the so-called fully-equipped three-laser radar solution in the industry, and the hardware supports scenarios of hands-free, feet-free and eye-free, supports 1200-degree environmental perception, centimeter-level point cloud imaging technology, and infrared life protection. It is equipped with 12 cameras, 6 millimeter-wave radars and 1 infrared night vision camera.
