DeepBlue S05 Officially Starts Pre-booking with 999 Yuan Down Payment Expandable to 2999 Yuan
TapTechNews September 20th news, tonight, in addition to releasing the L07, DeepBlue Auto also announced that another model under its banner - the S05 officially kicks off the pre-booking. A 999-yuan ($142) down payment can be expanded to a 2999-yuan final payment.
The car has previously been officially unveiled during the 2024 Chengdu Auto Show, offering two different powertrains: pure electric and extended-range. It adopts a new Interstellar Flying Wing design language, including a front closed-mesh grille design, a side convex double waistline design, and is equipped with hidden door handles, low-drag wheels, and a through-type taillight at the rear. Its length, width, and height are 4620/1900/1600 millimeters respectively, and the wheelbase is 2880 millimeters.
The car debuts Huawei's million-pixel light and shadow headlight and has the support of DLP technology. The full name of Huawei DLP technology is Digital Light Processing. Combined with the programmable feature, it can project images and logos onto the road ahead to achieve information interaction, such as projecting zebra crossings, pedestrian tracking prompts, low-speed steering assistance, blind spot lane change warning, driving trajectory prediction, vehicle tracking occlusion, etc.
In terms of interior, the car is equipped with a floating center console, adopts a non-instrument panel design, and uses a large-size HUD instead; it is equipped with a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, and the central control screen adopts a floating design; the center console is equipped with a vertical cup holder and a mobile phone tray, providing wireless charging function.
The new car continues to use the 15.4-inch 2.5K Sunflower screen (can be tilted towards the driver's and passenger's seats) previously installed on models such as the SL03 and S7, and is built-in with the Deepal OS 3.0 intelligent vehicle-mounted system. It also has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and the super customizable AR-HUD holographic augmented reality system. The roof debuts with the DEEPAL 4K smart gimbal camera.
The new car offers two powertrain systems: pure electric version and extended-range version.
Pure electric version model: Equipped with an electric motor with a maximum power of 175 kilowatts, and the CLTC pure electric cruising range is 510 kilometers.
Extended-range version model: Equipped with a 1.5-liter range extender with a maximum power of 72 kilowatts and a 160-kilowatt electric motor, supplemented by lithium iron phosphate battery, and the pure electric cruising ranges are 100 kilometers and 155 kilometers respectively.
