We investigated and confirmed that we were unauthorizedly accessed on May 19, resulting in the leakage of customer data. We immediately notified the relevant departments, and they are actively investigating this data leakage incident.

In addition, we also hired top security experts to deal with this leakage incident and implemented new measures to prevent the occurrence of future events. These experts have successfully protected our systems and strengthened our overall security protocol.

We are directly notifying the affected customers and informing them of the next steps. We promise to keep customers updated and provide support in the whole process.

The attacker who calls himself Ghostr claimed to have stolen 103GB of data from Cooler Master (CoolerMaster) on May 18, 2024, including the Fanzone membership information of 500,000 customers.

Ghostr said that the data stolen this time includes the main enterprise, suppliers, sales, warranty, inventory and human resources data of Cooler Master, as well as the personal information of more than 500,000 fans area members, including names, addresses, birth dates, phones, emails + unencrypted credit card information (including name, credit card number, expiration date and 3-digit cc code).
