Chinese Third-generation Independent Superconducting Quantum Computer 'Benyuan Wukong' Draws Attention
TapTechNews July 26th news, Benyuan Quantum announced today that science fiction writer Han Song and his group recently visited Benyuan Quantum company to investigate China's third-generation independent superconducting quantum computer 'Benyuan Wukong'.
Dr. Kong Weicheng, the rotating chairman of Benyuan Quantum and the head of the 'Benyuan Wukong' hardware research and development team, Zhao Xuejiao, the vice president of Benyuan Quantum and the head of the 'Benyuan Wukong' cloud service research and development team, and Dai Qun, the vice president of Benyuan Quantum and the head of the 'Benyuan Wukong' publicity team accompanied the whole investigation.
In addition, Professor Guo Guoping, the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Quantum Information of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the chief scientist of Benyuan Quantum, who was attending the quantum technology academic conference in Shenzhen that day, entrusted someone to deliver a personal letter to Han Song.
It is introduced that the 'Benyuan Wukong', China's third-generation independent superconducting quantum computer independently developed by Benyuan Quantum, has been providing stable quantum computing power to users in 125 countries around the world for more than 6 months, with more than 12 million visits and about 250,000 global quantum computing tasks completed.
Han Song said that this investigation made him truly see that China's latest quantum computer is running stably, and China's independent quantum computer has gone beyond the category of science fiction works and is open to global users, which made him have a deeper understanding of quantum computers.
Benyuan Quantum officials also introduced that Han Song and his group visited China's first independently developed quantum chip production line, and conducted on-the-spot investigations on China's first independent superconducting quantum computer assembly and test line, and the 'Benyuan Wukong'.
